Who are you?
You're a college junior or senior, a grad student or recent graduate, who's trying to kickstart a career in advertising/tech. You're interested in a paid internship that'll have you touching multiple parts of our business and hustling for some of the world's biggest brands.
The Responsibilities:
- Support the Product team
- Work with Design and Engineering to ideate, design, QA & test enhancements to an existing Product
- Thoroughly understand Kargo’s current Product Portfolio, feasibility and capabilities, and how it relates to the market
- Use data to drive decision making & product prioritization
- Identify market needs, analyze existing Product Performance, and identify room for improvement
- Engage closely with the Product Team to help determine the best user experience
The Requirements:
- Must have a strong passion for innovating on market-leading products
- Self-starter who doesn’t shy from taking initiative
- Hard-worker who enjoys brainstorming, storyboarding, and can think creatively
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, multi-task and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all other departments
- Knowledge of Axure, Sketch or similar wireframing tools and technical knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills must be demonstrated
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must be able to bring own laptop to work
- Must be able to commute to NYC office
- Has strong research, writing, organizational and grammar skills
- Possesses a hunger to learn and be mentored by professionals
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Can commit to working at least 35 hours per week
