Intersection is looking for a Project Coordinator to facilitate and administer projects within the LinkNYC deployment process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and act as a liaison across various functional groups to assist and drive workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, prioritize and complete work in a timely manner
  • Provide support across deployment team
  • Act as a liaison between project managers, external organizations and internal departments to facilitate workflow
  • Manage project workflow and assignments
  • Assure that work is performed in accordance with project requirements and SLA’s
  • Provide information and direction to allow work to proceed
  • Coordinate and develop deliverables
  • Expedite large volume of applications, submittals, closeout documents, etc
  • Track and manage violations, permit applications, invoices
  • Review, analyze and evaluate processes continuously looking for ways to optimize
  • Assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues including planning, developing projects, analyzing administrative workflow, maintaining databases, and communicating program relations
  • Assist team with special projects as needed

 

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in related field
  • 3-5 years project administration experience
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and solid organization skills
  • Proficient in excel and Google Docs
  • Manage projects, resources and initiatives effectively
  • Multi-tasking ability (prioritize, organize, and schedule work)
  • Problem solving (identify, analyze, research, evaluate and resolve)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and partner management)
  • Database experience a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools
