Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual for the role of Project Manager, Client Engagement & Technology Solutions. The successful candidate will be a part of a collaborative team dedicated to driving innovation and technology solutions that support enhanced client engagement and service support for our customers. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing the Client Engagement function and offers a career-oriented opportunity for professional growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Engage with customers to understand their technology needs, address inquiries, and gather feedback.
  • Leverage technology solutions and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement innovative digital solutions to streamline customer interactions, enhance the customer experience, and improve service processes and workflows.
  • Effectively build and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communications and support.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Project Coordination & Tech Integration

  • Support the generation of reports and dashboards using tools like automation and Power BI, integrating data from various systems.
  • Analyze service-related data and trends to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate technology solutions into project workflows and reporting mechanisms.
  • Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring forward movement of client engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update project documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 5yrs working in a corporate environment, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Experience integrating data from various systems to build service dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Familiarity with systems and tools such as Service Now, Jira, Axonius, SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of project management principals and tech-related concepts.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York State, is $75,000-$90,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York State. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York State, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
