About the Role:

The Namely marketing team is looking for a senior marketing associate to run all contact nurturing, email marketing, and middle of the funnel campaigns. This person will be responsible for creating and executing on a strategy to help move our current database through the funnel, as well as driving demand through new and innovative ideas. This person will work closely with our all parts of the marketing team, as well as sales, to help drive business growth.

Who you are:

  • You have strong writing skills and can write for any audience or goal.
  • You have analytical skills and use data to make all decisions.
  • You love experimenting, measuring results, and iterating on them.
  • You have 3-4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on lead nurturing and email marketing to drive sales success.
  • You want to work across teams on projects that move the needle. You are an expert project manager and can juggle many projects at once.
  • You are innovative, always bring new ideas to the table, and are willing to take risks. You aren’t ok with the status quo.
  • You have great communication and organizational skills
  • You are a self starter, you don’t need someone telling you what to do or how to prioritize tasks.
  • You have experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation tool. Experience with HubSpot is a plus.

Your responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a strong nurturing program for Namely’s database and new leads, through email, website optimization, and paid marketing.
  • Bring new ideas to the team for demand generation and lead nurturing on a regular basis.
  • Strategically optimize digital campaigns including email, website, landing page, and conversion to drive new leads and nurture current database.
  • Execute all Namely marketing emails for demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Analyze and report on all performance metrics.
  • Work closely with sales to support and train reps on new marketing campaigns.
