The CB Insights Senior UX/UI Designer will transform ideas into beautiful and easy to use products. You will work side-by-side with our product team to assess feature specifications and translate them into concrete interaction designs for our engineering teams. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply research-driven usability expertise and keen design sensibility to deliver the best possible usability experiences
• Create design guidelines for the product to ensure interface consistency across the platform
• Present rationale behind design decisions in a clear and concise manner
• Work with product and development teams to iterate on our existing digital products, translating business requirements into elegant and innovative design solutions
• Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional UI experience
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies as they relate to software development
• Eagerness to work across functional teams comprised of designers, product managers, and engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or closely related field

Desired Skills:

• Experience creating a style guide
• Comfort speaking to people at all levels of an organization
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Working knowledge of CSS / HTML, Javascript, A/B testing and Google Analytics
