We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our team! Your job will be an integral part of helping the ClassPass digital experience grow and evolve, ultimately helping people all over the world live happier and healthier lifestyles.

Know that we don’t philosophically separate visual design and UX design as different roles or functions at ClassPass; you will be defining product design requirements in this role as well. This role is simply to clarify that of the T-shapes of skills in product designers, we want your specialty and expertise to be in high quality visual craft. Our team always hires designers with good visual skills as a baseline expectation, but we want you to be seen as the leader in this area, pushing us further in great craft.

• Own the visual language, system, and style guide for ClassPass product offerings. Partner with the Marketing Design team to make sure there’s a consistent look and feel across our off-product and in-product experiences.
• Work with the product team and design team to produce beautiful, clean, pixel-perfect solutions for web and mobile
• Work closely with the Head of UX and Head of Marketing Design to ensure a consistent look and feel that’s on-brand and of a high visual quality across properties
• Help conceptualize and execute the future of the ClassPass digital experience and help push the brand and the product forward
• Help instill a design culture in the company as a whole — we want everyone to value and understand the role of design
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.

• A varied portfolio of past work indicating your qualifications in the above described fields that also proves your ability to think conceptually
• Strong communication skills — you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions, and have a great attitude working with the team.
• 7+ years of digital design experience and a solid understanding of interaction design
• Familiar with the AGILE working process and able to work closely with Product Managers, all the way through to front-end developers
• Someone who is obsessively detail oriented, a self-starter, and an aficionado of iterating
