What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for procuring tools and designing business processes to drive success, standardization, and scalability of best practices within the Services and Support Engineering Organization. You will be analyzing the department’s operations and provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction levels.

This includes: 

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally across the organization in order to seamlessly identify process improvements, create process flows using Lucid charts, and lead process initiatives from start to finish
  • Present and communicate to all levels of the business
  • Analyze, communicate, and track success of the department performance through audits, metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct thorough research and create detailed analyses on projects related to the continuous effort to build operational efficiency and incorporate industry best practices into department operations
  • Lead initiatives in procuring/integrating new software solutions for the Services and Support Engineering Organization to enhance client experience
  • Manage support initiatives throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead and manage Root Cause Analysis for critical incidents

What’s required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of client service best practices
  • Ability to interface effectively with internal teams
  • Excellent research and process improvement skills through gathering/analyzing data
  • Innovative and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of or ability to quickly learn technical concepts (SDLC, software terminology, agile methodology)
  • Project management experience
  • Business process excellence experience
  • Six Sigma knowledge or experience would be a plus
