Covera Health Benefits Overview

Lead and build Covera's Center of Excellence Customer Success function for jumbo employer and health plan clients. Own strategic client relationships, act as executive advisor, manage onboarding and sales handoffs, deliver recurring performance reporting and QBRs, identify renewal and expansion opportunities, and coordinate internal teams to ensure ROI and client advocacy. Role requires travel to customer meetings and industry events.

Own and maintain Center of Excellence network reporting and health metrics. Build recurring and ad hoc dashboards using Databricks, Python, and SQL. Conduct network adequacy and coverage analysis, validate and distribute reports, surface risks and trends, support client meetings, and produce executive-ready summaries while documenting processes and standards.

Provide day-to-day commercial legal support: draft and negotiate MSAs, SaaS agreements, BAA/DPA, vendor and partnership contracts; advise on privacy, HIPAA, FDA/CMS and AI-related product counseling; build contract templates, playbooks, and legal operations improvements; partner with Sales, Product, Security, and Procurement; manage outside counsel and streamline contracting workflows.
