Responsibilities include sourcing and managing show, vendor, and partner relationships; negotiating sponsorships; developing testing and scaling roadmaps; optimizing host-read and run-of-network campaigns; establishing measurement using promo codes, vanity URLs, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling; analyzing performance; and partnering with creative and leadership on channel strategy.

Owns Grow Therapy’s client acquisition funnel from awareness through first booking. The role leads growth strategy, launches new acquisition channels and partnerships, improves SEO, AEO, social, referrals, and conversion, and builds MarTech infrastructure for scalable marketing experimentation. This product leader partners closely with Marketing, Client, Provider, and Payer teams while driving 0-to-1 initiatives and end-to-end funnel optimization.

Own provider-side product marketing at Grow Therapy, leading go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, launches, segmentation, lifecycle channels, and product adoption. Partner with Product, Design, and Growth to translate features into compelling narratives, manage email and in-product marketing, run experiments, analyze performance, and incorporate provider feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into marketing and product strategy.

Lead strategy and execution for search and discoverability across SEO, AEO, YouTube, forums, and emerging channels. Build measurement, experiments, tracking, and cross-functional programs with Product, Engineering, Content, and Data to drive durable organic growth, manage agencies, and scale the Search & Discoverability organization.

As Staff Product Manager for Billing Experience, you will lead the roadmap to transform billing into a client-friendly experience in mental health care. You'll collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve user experience with insurance and payments, ensuring clarity in financial processes for clients.
