Build and configure digital banking features for financial institution customers, solve novel technical challenges, extend APIs, prototype and scale solutions, automate workflows, and develop internal tools. Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementations, Product, and Engineering while identifying product gaps and communicating customer feedback to platform teams. The role is primarily in-person in New York City with occasional client travel.

Own end-to-end product design for key areas, from concept through shipped experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; conduct user research; contribute to design systems and processes; mentor designers; and provide strategic design input while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Build customer-specific features, prototypes, APIs, automations, and scalable platform solutions for financial institution customers. Partner directly with clients and cross-functional teams to understand technical challenges, identify product gaps, and develop solutions. Contribute to broader platform engineering, re-architect initial implementations for scale, and create internal tools that streamline customer and implementation workflows.

Partner with financial institutions to assess technical needs, deliver tailored product demos, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success to drive deals and revenue growth. Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and internal teams.

Manage and scale outbound BDR operations: build SOPs, outreach cadences, and target lists; coach and mentor BDRs; run engagement and incentive programs; and contribute directly to pipeline generation while partnering with sales leadership to optimize tools and processes.

Lead and grow a small infrastructure team to scale AWS-based platform environments, optimize ECS and CI/CD at scale, own networking and observability, mentor engineers, set technical direction, and participate in on-call support.

Lead technical onboarding and launches for new customers, build integrations, internal tools, and automation to streamline implementations, diagnose and fix production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally while identifying AI and tooling opportunities to improve implementation scalability and reliability.

Lead and scale the Technical GTM function: define technical sales motion and positioning, manage and coach Technical GTM Specialists, run high-stakes demos, drive deal strategy for complex fintech transactions, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap and messaging, and provide frontline market feedback to shape product and releases.

Lead and grow a 3–5 person product design team, define design vision and strategy, establish scalable processes and design systems, mentor designers, recruit talent, and align design with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to deliver user-centered fintech/SaaS products.

Lead technical presales for Narmi's commercial banking platform: assess prospect needs, deliver tailored demos, map product solutions, coordinate with product/implementation/customer success, manage multiple enterprise deals, and use technical knowledge to demonstrate business value and close sales.

Lead finance and accounting functions including strategic finance, FP&A, accounting/controllership, audit, tax, treasury, fundraising support, and investor relations. Partner with founders, board, and cross-functional leaders on planning, forecasting, pricing, M&A readiness, and scaling the finance team while maintaining strong controls and GAAP compliance.

Own AI features end-to-end from ideation to production for partner brands. Build evaluation, regression, and monitoring systems; embed with customers; codify playbooks and reliability infrastructure to safely ship GenAI/agentic systems at scale in a regulated environment.

The VP of Product at Narmi will lead product strategy, manage a high-performing team across product management, design, and operations, and ensure product aligns with company goals. Responsibilities include defining product vision, driving execution, and enhancing customer experience.

Provide front-line technical support to fintech/SaaS customers on the Pacific/Mountain time zones. Troubleshoot technical issues, interpret logs, escalate product feedback, and collaborate with Delivery, CS, Engineering, and Product teams to improve platform adoption and customer experience.
