About the role: 

We are looking for a talented Communications Designer to join our brand design team. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and able to execute with attention to detail. You'll work across our entire organization and will collaborate and support Q's creative team. The right candidate will have an outsize impact on our brand and the life of our users.

• Create designs across several channels and touchpoints to bring well-crafted narratives to life.
• Contribute to designing marketing collateral, promotional material, digital assets, social media assets, swag, and more.
• Develop digital ad campaigns, including banner and social media ads
• Work with our sales, marketing, account management and leadership teams to craft beautiful presentations.
• Maintaining and evolving graphic and brand standards
• Design without ego and are comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity.
• Providing general assistance to creative team
• Are tenacious and willing to put in the extra effort to understand a problem or system completely.

 Requirements:

• Have a graphic design background in both print and digital. Experience in web design strongly preferred
• 2+ years visual design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
• Demonstrate excellent visual taste
• Take ownership in your projects and ability to prioritize against deadlines
• Online portfolio showing examples of your design work
• Illustration skills a plus
