CAIS is seeking a talented Content Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic content initiatives that drive new financial advisors to the CAIS platform, increase engagement amongst existing users, and expand CAIS brand awareness within the industry. You will work on a variety of exciting assignments, including developing engaging acquisition marketing assets, campaign collateral, social content, digitally published content, video scripts, and pitch decks. Ideal candidates must share CAIS’ passion for democratizing access to and education about alternative investments. You possess strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and take pride in your ability to distill complex financial concepts –making them easily digestible for broader audiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a savvy content marketer to highlight their communication prowess and financial acumen and drive tangible impact for the business and the broader wealth management community.  

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing pieces that align to company objectives and target audience preferences  
  • Manage the full content creation process (ideation, research, drafting, editing, etc.), and coordinate with key stakeholder for final review and sign-off prior to publishing 
  • Collaborate with the Investment Strategy team to execute market-related, topical, and timely content for blogs, social, bylines, video, email, white papers, web, and more 
  • Develop expertise across alternative investment products on the CAIS platform, including structured notes, to ensure content alignment with broader themes and outlooks  
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and voice consistency, ensuring all messaging aligns to the CAIS voice and brand guidelines 
  • Build and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders; including the Sales team, Investments team, the compliance team, and PR Agency partners  
  • Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and anecdotal feedback from clients and internal stakeholders alike; and proactively leverage learnings to identify emerging insights/themes to produce innovative content and thought leadership  
  • Special projects and additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, alternative investment industry a plus 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, ability to research and write from scratch 
  • Experience in writing on investment management topics, alternative investment a plus 
  • Marketing collateral development experience required, including having worked with multiple stakeholders 
  • Ability to independently execute instructions with great attention to detail 
  • Experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment 
  • High degree of personal integrity and ability to consistently deliver high-quality product 
  • Experience developing content across all mediums strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or finance
  • Series 7 or 24 license a plus 
  • As part of the assessment process, we would like to review your portfolio or a relevant piece of content you have created 

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. For candidates located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
