Innovation Department builds companies hands-on, from the ground up. Our team of brand strategists, marketers, operators and builders are obsessed with reducing the time to product-market fit and creating repeatable success for the launch of early-stage businesses.

In our SoHo studio, we ideate on product concepts, test and develop them according to our playbook, and leverage proprietary sources of audience to scale more quickly - and with less risk - than traditional ways of brand-building. This entrepreneurial and hands-on approach gives us an unparalleled understanding of how to launch and grow a brand in today’s competitive landscape.

The Innovation Department family of brands includes DojoMojo, WellPath, Finn, and reBloom. We’ve also invested in exceptional companies including Pinterest, Dropbox, Lyft, ClassPass, Daily Harvest, Databricks, DigitalOcean and hims.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and driven Associate Content Manager to help drive content strategy and creation across a portfolio of DTC and media brands. This is a dynamic role that will have you working on  a variety of assignments, including content marketing projects, blog content, newsletter production, copywriting, and social media strategization. Content will span across a wide range of verticals, including health and wellness, pets, food, and travel. This is a unique opportunity to expand and diversify your portfolio, contribute toward emerging brands, and learn about building early-stage startups.
