Do you like helping to normalize data? Do you like curating a comprehensive list of products and doing deep-dives into spreadsheets? Do you want to help inform our catalog strategy and help us define which products should make up our core inventory? Apply below to join as Grailed & Heroine's first Catalog Manager! This role will allow a lot of autonomy, give you the freedom to solve complex problems, and will often involve lots of time spent working deep within large datasets. 

As a Catalog Manager, you will:

• Work with the product, marketing and merchandising organization to define and prioritize most valuable product inventory we should be cataloging (e.g. latest drops, most searched for inventory)

• Develop catalog development processes and tools to be most efficient:
• Develop Excel / Google Sheets tools
• Develop overall catalog build up workflow and processes - e.g. catalog testing process
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to identify technical solutions - e.g. how we can automate the collection of data and manage de-duping of data
• Build up catalog based on catalog strategy - be willing to get your hands dirty to create some catalogs from scratch!
• Communicate this strategy to a team of data entry specialists and manage their workflows and output.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of our product catalog.

The following might describe you:

• You have 0-3 years' of professional experience, are detail oriented and organized, with some level of interest in fashion, and enjoy creative problem solving. 
• You have pride in your knowledge about spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets/Excel). If you are working with a large spreadsheet (25k-150k rows), you may already know many of the keyboard shortcuts.
• You will find tranquility and enjoyment in time spent performing repetitive Excel/Google Sheets work. 
• You take the initiative, and when you have a question, the first place you go is Google.
