Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the Team:
The Lifecycle Marketing team is a small, but mighty customer-centric team. As part of this team you will help to support almost all of TpT’s email communications and focus on building out frameworks and experiences to support effective (and efficient) personalization across email + site. The Lifecycle Marketing team is extremely cross-functional - working primarily with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Analytics, Data Engineering, Design, Content, and Development teams.
Role:
TpT is looking for an ambitious, action-oriented individual to join the Lifecycle Marketing Function. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will be responsible for recommending, implementing, and reporting against high-impact strategies to improve the customer experience. This includes generating adoption, utilization, and advocacy of our products. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to continuously deliver more value to our users by providing relevant, timely, and personalized communications across our buyer and seller audiences.
You will also help to build out frameworks to support effective personalization across email + site using our customer data platform (CDP), site testing + personalization platform, and email service provider (ESP). This role will be responsible for tracking and driving progress towards company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and will report into the Head of Lifecycle Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities to support company objectives
- Partner with our User Experience and Research team, Product, and Product Marketing to fill actionable knowledge gaps that inform how to create a better user experience
- Implement and execute against a continuous test and learn approach
- Take ownership of a focus area (i.e. platform adoption, seller resource creation, etc.) and work cross-functionally to drive innovative solutions and achieve goals
- Establish reporting to regularly monitor and communicate performance to identify opportunities and issues
- Partner with Data Eng and Analytics to bring new data fields into our Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Write and review email/project briefs
- Keep Lifecycle Marketing documentation up to date
Qualities of a Successful Candidate:
- An action-oriented individual who is not afraid to navigate through ambiguity in order to make progress against goals in a transparent fast-paced environment
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to identify and implement opportunities to support business objectives
- A data-centric individual who has experience establishing meaningful reporting and translating results into recommendations and action
- Stellar project management skills - able to balance multiple projects and priorities
- An open communicator focused on creating transparency amongst stakeholders
- Able to identify process challenges and implement process improvements
- Intellectual curiosity to continuously help deliver a better customer experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Proven ability to implement multi-touch campaigns to drive KPI improvement
- Experience ideating, setting up, analyzing tests, and producing a recommendation
- Experience working within a CRM, ESP, or CDP platform
- Comfortable working with HTML on light updates and quality assurance
Extra Credit:
- Experience developing user segments
- Experience implementing personalized multi-channel tests
- Working knowledge of SQL
