Latch is seeking a Content Marketer to create compelling content that drives new leads and business success for multiple internal stakeholders, while increasing brand awareness, thought leadership standing, and customer preference in the multi-family housing market.

As the Content Marketer, you will work to connect Latch and its customers and users via proactive, in-depth storytelling as Latch quickly scales. Your work will provide critical support to our Sales, Office of Real Estate, and Customer Success teams as we work to deepen and strengthen our brand’s narrative via marketing content. 

You are a journalist at heart, and a marketer by training, who is relentless in identifying, researching, and telling stories. You have a demonstrated track record of success, creating everything from case studies and white papers, to blog posts and sales materials.

You will have two primary focuses: 

  1. Bolster product launches and partnership announcements with in-depth content
  2. Strengthen customer preference for Latch by creating proactive sales enablement content

You are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing cross-functional projects and work streams end to end, and are able to self-manage and proactively communicate priorities. Strong writing and editing skills are essential—, specifically the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences in a clear, and concise, manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Create content that leverages Latch’s products, customers, and perspectives to drive top of funnel engagement, leads, and conversions
  • Independently manage the development of content from initial brief or concept, in line with external communications and marketing calendars
  • Work cross-functionally to develop content
  • Proactively develop new content ideas 
  • Quantitatively measure and track content quality and performance in line with KPIs of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Establish best practices and scalable infrastructure for our processes

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years creating B2B content in a startup environment
  • A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing
