Position Summary

The primary responsibility for the Fashion Team Coordinator is to support the Fashion & Buying Team with schedule management and all administrative tasks. This role will work directly with external brands and PRs, as well as act as a liaison cross-functionally within the business to facilitate a multitude of requests.

What You’ll Do

  • Support VP Fashion Direction & Buying with all administrative tasks
  • Manage duties related to team meetings/calendars including the preparation presentations and any material required for vendor meetings
  • Schedule and coordinate all domestic and international appointments
  • Coordinate travel for market/trade shows as well as manage expenses
  • Manage Fashion Week ticket request process across the team (approximately 15 weeks annually including fringe fashion weeks)
  • Management of editorial sign off process
  • Collation and distribution of internal & external coverage to brands
  • Collate trend reports and notes throughout the season
  • Management of seasonal top-line presentation to the business
  • Management of personal communication including site, email, social and press column
  • Preparation and call-ins for shoots and events
  • Provision of social materials to teams (where possible)

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office necessary, Adobe Creative Suite preferable
  • Comprehensive understanding of the fashion and luxury goods industry
  • Strong motivation and capacity to lead by example, inspiring productivity and results
  • Proven track record of constantly raising the bar, elevating service levels and driving results
  • Communicates effectively in verbal and written form with cross-functional partners
  • Creative thinker with the confidence to share ideas with the team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships in all scopes of business
  • Autonomous self-starter, confident trouble shooter and decision-maker, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
