You will have the opportunity, based on your prior experience, to take raw materials and develop, design and brand innovative content and learning programs to transform the skills, knowledge and revenue results of a high growth sales organization in an energetic, collaborative, egoless, ‘get stuff done’ culture.

To date, we have more than doubled revenue and significantly increased market share without a structured sales effectiveness team or designed sales content. In this role you will influence the design, vision, and look and feel of the sales effectiveness program and deliverables while collaborating with our sales, product management and marketing teams in NYC and around
the country.

Your work will enable sellers to increase their understanding and application of core sales and meeting management skills and solution portfolio knowledge to accelerate sales onboarding time and win rates and decrease the average time-to-sale.


If you are interested, here’s what year one is all about:

  • Drive impactful, innovative online, face-to-face and peer-to- peer sales effectiveness experiences through cutting edge design technologies
  • Build world-class sales content this is easily consumed and applied to bolster results
  • Brand and design sales effectiveness programs and materials
  • Partner with the Sales, Product and Market Experts, HR and Agent Success Teams to create role-based content and enablement programs for onboarding, advanced training and coaching and leadership programs
  • Establish a network of content creators within the business such that every enablement program has participation from the business and sales in its planning, development, delivery and reinforcement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • You should have at least 3-5 years of background working in content development or instructional design, familiarity with creating video tutorials and training deliverables in software programs such as Camtasia and some background working for or with a high-growth, rapid scale line-of-business or organization.
  • Previous experience producing deliverables for a sales organization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience scaling both content and content design on a broad scale. Both our company and the number of sellers we are supporting in different roles is growing quickly.
  • Knowledge of real estate or real estate background is a bonus.

  • Strong ability to apply rapid instructional design to create compelling sales effectiveness deliverables quickly. We move fast.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop cutting edge, compelling deliverables in a market where our sellers and agents are used to compelling visuals and high-quality design
  • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit and an ability to work without ego
  • Strategic problem solver: you look beyond the immediate design task to understand the business issue, what the organization is trying to solve for and apply the right solution
  • Ability to network to drive cross-functional relationships and leverage efforts from other parts of the organization
  • Manage independent contractors to help get quality programs and projects completed. As the organization grows there will be additional opportunities for growth both within and outside of sales effectiveness team
