The Role:

Reporting to the Studio Manager, this full time role will support pre-production, production, and post production of various videos. This role is part of our Marketing department and will be supporting our Sr. Videographer. The Jr. Videographer will have a focus in event videography, capturing and in some cases streaming live events that we host or are a part of. The role may require travel depending on where an event is located. Although this is the focus, you will be assisting the Sr. Videographer when needed and will also work on other types of videos. This department and company is growing exponentially, providing ample room for growth and opportunity to build one’s portfolio.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Use and maintain technical equipment for video and audio production (cameras, lighting gear, microphones, audio recorders etc)
  • Coordination of pre-production and the production of in-house and on location video shoots
  • Edit a wide range of video content (interviews, presentations, event promotions, b2b and b2c marketing content, etc)
  • Create supporting motion graphics for video (title cards, lower thirds, etc)
  • Develop & manage live streaming solutions for internal & external events
  • Manage and maintain a video content repository 
  • Ensure alignment with corporate brand guidelines 
  • Work with the team to develop robust video requirements and standards

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in videography
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented person, with the ability to work in a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to compose shots, operate still and video cameras, manage audio production, and arrange lighting
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience with recording and editing audio inside Digital Audio Workstations such as Adobe audition is preferred.
  • Experience with archival/storage solutions and best practices is a plus.
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required
