We are currently looking for a Listing Content Manager to join our team. As a Listing Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for building the Domio apart-hotel listing content to drive revenue, and communicate clearly and efficiently in order to consistently deliver a delightful experience to our guests.
At Domio You Will:
- Develop standard guides and processes to merchandise apartment-hotels through listing titles, copy, and content, collaborating with teams across Operations, Marketing, Design, Revenue, and Product
- Establish the Domio voice and create standard responses and procedures to guide Guest-facing teams with communication
- Create quality assurance procedures to ensure that listings are accurate, relevant, and updated in a timely manner
- Build a team of content and distribution specialist(s) to publish and maintain listing content on Domio’s direct website, online travel agency (OTA) channels, and guest facing applications
- Meet and exceed listing launch deadlines to increase presale revenue
- Drive analyses to monitor and improve revenue generation and listing performance
- Explore market and competitive trends and establish best practices to ensure best-in-class listing content and standards
- Work with Product teams to automate listing creation and management and improve speed to market
- Establish partnerships with OTA account managers to curate listings by guest/travel segment
- Take a hands on approach to managing and writing content to ensure key property launch deadlines are met
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years experience in copywriting, advertising or operations
- 2+ years experience supervising a team preferred
- Extremely strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Expert in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Creative, responsive, and adaptive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills, including new tools and systems
