Maven is looking for a Product Content Writer to join our Product team, reporting to our Director of Editorial Content. You’ll create written content to support our members’ health and wellness journey’s from preconception to parenthood, write UX copy that helps guide users through our product, and work on a highly cross-functional team dedicated to making our member experience stand out and helping our members take charge of their health.

As a Maven Product Content Writer, you will:

• Create written content that empowers members to make informed decisions about their health and well-being
• Cover topics that range from lifestyle to health, from sleep and nutrition to mental health and medical topics related to childbirth, pediatrics, and beyond
• Write content that can be used in many different mediums including short form actionable product content, video narratives, long form articles, tutorials, etc
• Work with Maven’s network of vetted providers to ensure the accuracy of our content
• Collaborate with Maven’s cross-functional teams including brand & design, research, engineering, and product marketing teams
• Work closely with our Director of Editorial Content and Senior Content Writer 

We’re looking for you to bring:

• Exceptional writing skills
• 4-5 years experience writing for consumer-facing health and wellness publications or brands
• Experience interviewing medical experts and ability to translate medical terminology for a consumer audience
• A growth mindset and desire to learn new skills, flex new professional muscles, and pitch in wherever you can add value
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously 
• UX writing experience a plus
