At Red Antler, we build brands for companies that are changing how the world works. Our clients span a wide range of categories, representing some of the most exciting businesses in the startup space and beyond. We are seeking a Copywriter to join our growing Brand Activation team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Head of Strategy to develop concepts and breakthrough campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. You’ll bring a passion for storytelling and understand the nuances of working with businesses at various stages of growth. You’re excited about working across a variety of categories and have the ability to adapt your style and voice with ease.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Work with strategists and designers to develop concepts and campaigns that realize our client's business needs across digital and traditional channels
- Write video and radio concepts and scripts, from social posts to 60-second spots
- Interact with clients, understanding their vision and needs and clearly communicating ideas
- Contribute to multiple projects, adapting style and tone based on audience, channel, and industry
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Skills and qualities we look for:
- 4-6 years of experience at an ad agency, across both digital and traditional media
- Successful track record of campaign work (at least 5 examples) for a range of audiences, channels, and industries
- Strong portfolio of work that includes multiple examples of video
- Experience working with startup and/or technology brands
- Ability to brainstorm, develop and execute campaign concepts, copy, video/radio scripts, and storyboards
- Deep understanding of digital media and platforms
- Adept at partnering with designers and art directors to develop ground-breaking creative
- Strategically minded, and can quickly translate briefs into ideas
- Entrepreneurial-spirited with a go-getter attitude and attention to detail
