Beacon Digital is looking for a smart, conceptual, results-oriented creative leader to lead our Creative Department. This person will guide a team of Copywriters and Designers to produce work that pushes the boundaries of what’s expected and achieves results that are core to our clients’ marketing objectives.

We are looking for a Creative Director with proven experience leading brand development, particularly for B2B companies in the cybersecurity, fintech, and SaaS sectors. The ideal candidate is a proven creative thinker and leader who is adept at working in dynamic settings, capable of managing remote projects and deliverables, and enthusiastic about guiding a dedicated team to excel in delivering high-impact creative solutions. 

Our clients are primarily sophisticated B2B companies offering complex services and products to senior leaders in enterprise companies. Therefore our team members must be comfortable interacting with C-level executives and speaking to, writing, and developing creative campaigns that resonate with an educated corporate buyer.

This is a full-time management role with substantial potential for professional advancement within the next two to three years, aligning with our agency’s growth trajectory and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team. Lead a remote team of energetic, fun, and dedicated copywriters, designers, and art directors in brand design, storytelling, and digital asset creation across media, email, video, and marketing content. Maintain and improve brand identity and campaign development process in collaboration with other agency leaders. Refine existing services and bring new services to market, implementing new technology tools with a strong emphasis on the responsible use of AI. Last but not least, cultivate a safe space to try new things and deliver on more than what’s expected, fostering an environment that supports innovation and taking risks. 
  • Lead brand identity and campaign engagements. Manage creative brief development, ideation, and execution for all campaign and brand engagements. Act as a senior subject matter expert, partnering closely with Strategy, Paid Media, and Account leads, converting research and insights into smart, impactful brand communication. Oversee client and internal workshops, pitch and present creative work with a clear point of view that demonstrates strong understanding of campaign and brand strategy. 
  • Support business development. Partner with the CEO and Sales team to scope Creative engagements, advising prospects on our capabilities and presenting our portfolio of work to help sell engagements. Work with the Account Management team to scope add-on engagements for existing clients when Creative services are needed.
  • Create thought leadership. As a senior leader in our company, you’ll be responsible for contributing to our reputation as a thought leader in digital advertising. This could take the form of writing for our blog, contributions to Linkedin, appearing on podcasts or guest posting on popular forums. Our marketing and sales team will provide ample support to help elevate and promote your ideas and contributions to the industry.


  • 3+ years in a Creative Director role for a marketing or advertising agency, preferably with a copywriting background and experience managing copywriters and designers
  • Portfolio of creative work that showcases your experience leading brand identity development for B2B brands
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing tactics, platforms, and audiences and how to execute effective creative that meets the needs of all three, especially for LinkedIn, digital display, video, email, and web
  • Strong creative pitch skills and the ability to communicate your creative process and effectively make the case for why the creative choices support the strategic goals of the campaign or project 
  • Empathetic leader who understands the dynamics of nurturing creative growth and delivering feedback with an eye towards team development and instilling confidence, not just fixing the work
  • Curious about innovation and technology, particularly generative AI, and how it can enhance the creative process and improve workflows and efficiencies
