We are looking for an innately empathetic fast learner who understands the importance of the customer experience. This internship will be a fantastic learning experience for those looking to gain an understanding of the inner workings of a customer service team as well as how customer feedback is gathered, used, and addressed in a customer-centric company.

Our customers are passionate, honest, and engaged. The intern will​ assist in facilitating customer advocacy delivering on our high ​standards​ of service and ​connecting​ with our customer in a personal way. This is a role for someone who is driven​, creative, and cares about customer experience.

The Customer Operations Intern will be responsible for:

  • Benchmarking best in class service with other companies in similar industries
  • Identifying recurring customer issues and participating in cross-team communication
  • Researching effective training and communication tools for in-house and remote specialists
  • Contributing to a positive, energetic team culture 

A successful Customer Operations Intern candidate:

  • Is currently enrolled in a 4 year accredited university (and is eligible to receive school credit for this internship)
  • Has experience in a retail or customer service focused environment
  • Has excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Has strong problem solving skills
  • Shows empathy, warmth, humility, and has a sense of humor!

** Candidates must be eligible to receive school credit for this internship, and must be able to dedicate maximum 20 hours per week.
