What we’re looking for:

  • A decision maker that demonstrates excellent judgement and clarity of thought when making critical risk decisions as it pertains to underwriting, credit, and servicing financial products. Invoice factoring or asset based lending experience is a plus.
  • A strong people manager with a proven track record of building and growing high-performing teams. Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate others to achieve their best. Proven ability to develop talent and build a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • A seasoned professional who brings  high-growth experience to the table, with a track record of success in scaling businesses or divisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A passionate technologist who realizes the ability for technology to improve people's lives. Someone who understands how to implement new technology or processes to drive business results.

What you’ll own:

  • Risk management with a strong focus in underwriting, credit, and funding approvals.
  • Client onboarding & offboarding to support revenue and minimize churn.
  • Ongoing client management focusing on customer service, technical support, account management, and retention.

Compensation Range: 

$190,000-$230,000

Denim believes in providing pay transparency to all candidates. For annual compensation, our pay ranges for all roles are based on geographic location, job responsibilities and experience, benchmarked against similar stage companies in our industry. We share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Every final offer presented is determined by several components including location as well as candidate experience and skills, and could alter from the amounts listed above.
