TEAM & POSITION OVERVIEW:
The position is an integral part of AP Product Group that builds science and technology applications that feed the analytical engines for AP!  The team is comprised of motivated individuals that do exceptional work. You will collaborate with a fun and agile team to architect, implement, integrate, test, and continuously deliver new features and products to our company and clients.

AdTech Data Analyst plays lead roles in the product team, from leading our data products gathering, validating, documenting, troubleshooting and prioritizing product needs and asks by working closely with our clients and client engagement teams on AP’s industry leading software application suite, consisting of Data Management, Modeling, Decisioning and Dashboard capabilities.

YOU WILL OWN & COLLABORATE ON:

  • Analytic Partner’s software tools and methods
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand and align on business needs and associated data implication
  • Assess available data options, sources, types, and technical implication of data integration
  • Discover and Carry out in-depth evaluations of our data portals and data ingestions process
  • Drive analysis of our core solutions through a reasonable knowledge of marketing technology, marketing analysis and statistical modeling
  • Collaborate with client engagement teams and software developers to deliver new & efficient data partnerships
  • Provide supports specific to data and tools to end-users
  • Document as-is and to-be troubleshooting and support process
  • Prove ideas or concepts by conducting hands-on analysis using latest tools and methods
  • Collaborate across teams to solve problems and provide short term and long-term solutions
  • Ability to create and evaluate methods of amassing data, import / export data and models

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in all possible data sources in AdTech space (examples but not limited to Facebook, Amazon, Pinterest, Kantar, Nielson, ComScore, LiveRamp, Google, Microsoft Bing, Snapchat)
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in any Science, Engineering, or related subjects
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in or interfacing with AdTech industry
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development and support process using JIRA
  • Solid knowledge of Python & SQL and any other scripting language (R, VBA Macros)
  • Hands on experience on any one wireframe tools (examples but not limited to Visio, Lucid chart, Balsamiq, Adobe, Snagit)
  • Some Knowledge of marketing analysis, statistical modeling, and data science (Machine learning)
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skill to manage stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Experience with documentations and issue tracking tools; Jira, Confluence, office 365, MS Team
  • Well-rounded communication skills to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advance skills in data alignment and data analysis using python, R or SQL query.
  • A natural problem solving and storytelling skillset by using logical analysis, visual models, and user story mapping technique to clarify complex concepts
  • Experience in creating and maintaining numerous data feeds via ETL system and data pipelines
  • Knowledge and practical skills S3, Azure or any other cloud storage (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Any product management certification or AdTech certification is a plus
