Working alongside our Associate Director, Compliance - AML, the Analyst, Compliance - Partnerships & Corporate Account Onboarding will be charged with working with Paxful's stakeholder to provide a compliant and efficient verification process for potential partners and corporate account applicants. Paxful’s team embraces customer focus, tenacious problem-solving, collaboration, and the Analyst, Compliance - Partnerships & Corporate Account Onboarding will contribute to this culture while pushing us to innovate and do our best work.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify ultimate beneficial owners, collect and verify identification and legal entity documentation and conduct sanctions/negative media screenings for potential partners and corporate account applicants
  • Collect documentation for corporate clients/potential parters during and after onboarding in accordance with Paxful's AML/KYC requirements, including periodic KYC refresh and continuous AML monitoring
  • Perform EDD activities at the direction of the AML Manager
  • Identify potential money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud risks
  • Act as Compliance point of contact with the Product, Marketing and Growth Teams to approve partnerships

Who You Are

  • You're analytical and highly detail oriented.
  • You're a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • You have the ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload and changing deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years' of KYC/CDD experience at a financial institution; previous experience in an institutional/corporate client onboarding role preferred
  • Front or middle office experience
  • Experience with Lexis Nexis, Dunn & Bradstreet, ComplyAdvantage, World Check or similar solutions
  • Familiarity with complex business ownership structures, including non-US entities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to complete time-sensitive projects
