As a result, advisors get an easy button for expanding their business, employers get a cost-effective solution without the administrative burden, and employees get a user-friendly portal that helps them achieve their long term saving goals.

Vestwell has multiple cross-functional product development teams that are each focused on a slice of this platform. Our engineers collaborate closely with product analysts, software test engineers, UX designers, and other team members to deliver value at a regular, sustainable interval while keeping everything running reliably and efficiently.

Who are we looking for?

The team is expanding and we’re excited about bringing onboard an experienced Business Analyst with direct experience working alongside Engineers in an cross-functional, Agile environment. You will join one of our teams as a key contributor, and work across teams in company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Work alongside Product Managers in analyzing the business requirements and prioritizations of projects
• Help define the scope of the project using input from stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and the Engineering team
• Break down complex business usecases into technical specifications, wireframes, and work with QA department to create test plans
• Act as resident expert within the team, working closely with Engineers to answer questions and redefine logic as necessary
• Run meetings, enforce scope, and project manage other teams as necessary to deliver project
• Conduct manual testing to ensure the project is properly built to spec
• Coordinate deployments and releases, help with business stakeholders to manage communications and training as necessary
