As a BI Analyst, you will work directly with stakeholders to develop business KPIs and build impactful dashboards and workflow tools primarily within Looker. You’ll implement updates and improvements to our Looker data models to report on new KPIs. You’ll be responsible for refinement and organization of content across the platform to improve the accessibility of data, as well as training and consulting Looker power users in their self-serve data efforts. You’ll also work closely with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and other analysts to drive coordinated efforts on our most important initiatives including pricing, operational efficiency, and network development to name a few.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with business strategists to design and build intuitive and interactive Looker dashboards
• Write LookML to create standardized explores to enable rapid development of high-quality Looker content
• Train power users on Looker content development best practices
• Manage Looker administration and permissions including using roles, groups and user attributes

About You:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field.
• You love data and have at least 2 years of professional experience in quantitative analysis and problem solving.
• Experience with SQL and reporting/visualization platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
• You are comfortable working in high-paced, impact-driven environments, and have an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are an effective communicator that can draft compelling analytical reports.
• You are diligent and disciplined when it comes to testing and validation of report accuracy and underlying data.
• You enjoy collaborating with people across diverse functions.
• You strive to improve solutions through iteration and communication.
