As our Business Retention Analyst, you will be an integral member of our growing Agent Experience department. In this role you will oversee our entire agent operations, experience, and product engagement reporting and data-driven insights. You will work closely with our national Agent Operations and Product Expert teams in the fields to answer key questions, create opportunities to use data to proactively drive action, and connect the dots to help our Product Promotion team tell inspiring stories with data. The ideal candidate for this position is experienced in analyzing customer business, experience, training, and product usage data sets. You will need to be highly organized, detail-oriented and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to work directly with multiple teams and agents across the country.

At Compass You Will:

  • Incorporate more advanced analytics techniques into the day-to-day activities of all of the Agent Experience teams to ensure we are delivering on our promise of the best agent experience
  • Identify trends and insights from data and work with leadership to drive change
  • Using Salesforce, Business Intelligence tools, and external data sources, provide company-wide agent and brokerage reporting at multiple different levels to various stakeholders including executives, managers, staff, and agents
  • Spearhead our agent experience feedback systems using NPS, touch-bases, and other opportunities to drive inputs and then work with departments across the business to analyze and capitalize on opportunities
  • Constantly improve our agent-product segmentation abilities to better assist our Product Expert teams in driving product engagement and usage
  • In close collaboration with our Product Experts, Product Management, and Product Marketing Teams assist with the streamlined collection and analysis of product feedback
  • Work closely with our internal Employee Business Systems and Business Intelligence teams to ensure we are sharing and pushing forward data best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree and 5+ years working in Data Analytics, Product Engagement, Sales Operations, Finance, or relevant field preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience specifically in customer and product data analysis
  • Experience with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Knowledge of data tools and systems (including SQL, BI Tools, Salesforce reports, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with an ability to operate fairly independently
  • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
