WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help deliver and grow the CxO Data Advisory Practice
• Work with EPAM practice leader to deliver CxO Data Governance, Monetization and Business Consulting service offerings
• Knowledgeable of end-to-end go to market and delivery of service offerings in Enterprise Data and Analytics functions, Data Strategy development, Data monetization, target operating model, and data governance offerings
• Proactively develop expertise with best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions that will contribute or drive our customers Enterprise Data and Analytics Strategy, Data monetization, target operating models, data governance and delivery
• Deliver Value for EPAM Clients
• Improve data management maturity in data quality, metadata, master data and general data governance through evolved organization behaviors, processes, policies, principles, metrics, related tools and data architecture
• Identify Stakeholders, Build Inventory of Use Cases, Develop Business Cases, Develop Measurements to identify new team business opportunities
• As each initiative in a business case is executed, assess, validate, and adjust assumptions used in computing financial gains so that expectations are kept in check
• Track results to show progress
• Understand data governance and its role within larger analytics or data management initiatives within organizations
• Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and ensure clear accountability throughout implementation of a new program or expansion of existing programs
• Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality standards, data protection standards and adoption requirements across the enterprise
• Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements
• Have proven experience in defining a data governance operating model, communicating the model and implementing it at various levels within an organization
• Have hands-on experience in implementing data dictionaries, business glossaries, data lineage, data service agreements and data quality metrics through Collibra, Alation, Informatica Metadata Manager (IMM), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) or other industry leading software
• Help identify new business opportunities pertaining to the use and management of information assets for existing clients and prospective
• Love to be immersed in a data-driven environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Business & Technology Acumen
• Understanding of general business operations and challenges in one or more domains\\industries, with the ability to map and align people, process and technology (specifically within Data and Analytics organizations) strategies and solutions to business goals in the enterprise business context
• Passion and experience applying emerging technologies to identify and generate new business opportunities and address modern business challenges
• Understanding of modern business models and technology strategies
• Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting engagements and as a leader and/or as an external consultant with a good grasp of the expectations of and challenges faced by our client's technology leaders daily
• IT/Technology & Data Product Leadership
• Hands on experience understanding and applying latest Advanced Data and Analytics cloud based technology trends & innovation and how they can be applied for digital transformation and operational value creation
• Working knowledge and application of best practice Information Management and Data Governance Frameworks such as DAMA or Gartner EIM
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms and data products
• Experience in data asset management, data product development & monetization
• Roll out an enterprise-wide data governance framework, with a focus on improvement of data quality and the protection of sensitive data through modifications to policies and standards, principles, governance metrics, processes, related tools and data architecture
• Working knowledge and experience in one or more data governance/data catalog technologies, such as Collibra, Informatica and/or Alation
• Demonstrated ability to deliver 1-2 Data Governance programs
• Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
• Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection
• Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in an internal Business\ echnology or technology consulting environment
