We’re looking for a talented Data Analyst, Partner Analytics to join our Technology and Product Team in New York!


  • The Data Analyst of Partner Analytics is responsible for improving global partner productivity and effectiveness. In this Global role, you will work closely with the Gyms and Partnerships team in their efforts to make data driven decisions and implement improvements to drive acquisition and performance results;
  • You will also collaborate closely within the organization (Partner, Tech Sales, and Relationship Teams) to make decisions and implement improvements to drive improved results and deliver improved future integrations and partner setups;
  • You will be a key member of a diverse Global Analytics team;
  • Partner closely with global leaders to set ambitious yet achievable goals and key performance indicators for the partners organization by providing in-depth analytical insights;
  • Implement mechanisms and develop dashboards that enable visibility and quick insights into partner growth and behavior;
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to better understand partner integrations and how systems are behaving, as well as how they can be improved;
  • Highlight early trends in business performance and recommendations on how to exploit them;
  • Create a foundation for analysis, learning, and insight to drive partner acquisition, growth, and optimization;
  • Identify key tipping points in the integration and validation process for different partner and region profiles;
  • Create a closed feedback loop for the ever-evolving partner learning machine;
  • Provide thought leadership in strategic initiatives and business deep dives to accelerate growth, profitability, partner performance, and integration optimization;
  • Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives by prioritizing high impact projects with stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or another highly quantitative field;
  • 2-3+ years of professional analytical work experience with SQL and/or python;
  • Advanced skills in working with large and complex datasets;
  • Advanced ability writing SQL queries;
  • Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau etc) ;
  • Experience gathering business requirements and developing scorecards and dashboards to surface meaningful KPIs and actionable intelligence to sales leaders;
  • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders in an enticing manner that encourages discussion and action;
  • Ownership is Key;
  • Experience working with data engineers and data scientists;
  • Exposure to Python or other scripting languages;
  • Exposure to complex data pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture.
