We are looking for a Data Analyst who will develop functional expertise in data analysis as well as in-depth and expert industry insight and knowledge providing the key insights and findings to improve how we serve our customers. Working with the development team at the New York office, you will support the analyses of productivity, satisfaction, and operations across different teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Define KPIs to support business decisions
- Create and maintain dashboards on our data viz tool
- Develop new systems and tools to enable the team to consume and understand data more intuitively
- Partner with engineers, project managers, and analysts to deliver insights to the business and help stakeholders understand how the processing is best done to help them achieve their non-technical objectives
- Define funnels and data tracking plans to understand the user journey and solve bottlenecks
- Create weekly and monthly reports for different departments
- Perform Code Review on the work of other data analysts
- Data Quality Assurance
What you'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 2+ years of experience with Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, or Power BI
- 2+ years of experience with Google Analytics
- 3+ years of experience in SQL (Postgres, Redshift)
- 2+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Knowledge and experience of financial markets, banking or exchanges
- Experience with big data processing
- Experience or interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain and/or financial technology
