The Marketing Analyst supports all marketing initiatives from an analytics and measurement perspective for all our clients.  Reporting to the Digital Media Supervisor, this individual will be a key contributor. This individual will focus on online testing and behavioral targeting set-up, maintenance, and reporting.  Additionally, this individual will provide analysis on all performance marketing channels including Paid Search, SEO, Feed Programs, and Remarketing.  Using our reporting resources, this individual will deliver recommendations on our performance marketing channels as well as creative and user experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Function as a power user of performance marketing tracking dashboards

·        

Develop testing/ targeting briefs, assist in setup, reporting and make recommendations for testing initiatives

·        

Consider site segments and make recommendations for personalization through targeting

·        

Create efficiencies to automate report creation and distribution

·        

Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in managing priorities

·        

Works well individually or on a team

·        

Demonstrates strong analytical capability

·        

Uses logical thought process to solve problems and can clearly and concisely communicate statistical insight

·        

Experience with Customer segmentation analysis, awareness & usage studies, online advertising

·        

Experience planning, conducting, analyzing, and presenting data from both qualitative and quantitative primary research studies –can be at internships

·        

Proficient in all MS Office applications. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills necessary. (Subject to testing)

Uses logical thought process to solve problems and can clearly and concisely communicate statistical insight

 

Requirements

·        

Experience planning, conducting, analyzing, and presenting data from both qualitative and quantitative primary research studies

·        

Experience in customer segmentation, targeting Knowledge of direct marketing, retail, and loyalty marketing for customer retention a plus.

·        

Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or related degree with strong Math requirements.

·        

Excellent communication and presentation skills. There is client contact on a daily basis

·        

Passion for advanced data analytics and strong presentation skills important.
