About the Position

Our Data & Integration Team is looking for a Data & Integration Associate to own and manage data integrity across multiple applications and systems while delivering a superior-level of customer service to which our customers have become accustomed.

Responsibilities include:

• Enforcing and managing the integrity of data across numerous programs and platforms.
• Determining inconsistencies in customer-provided data.
• Manipulating data in Excel to match the specific format used for BuildingLink’s database.
• Inspecting data for discrepancies before migration to the site and before going live.
• Discussing data and explain to customers to mitigate any potential roadblocks and obstacles.
• Working with the Customer Support, Training, and Implementation Teams to resolve any data-related issues brought to the team’s attention.
• Identifying opportunities to improve process and take ownership to see them through.
• Carrying out customer integrations as delegated.

About You 

• You enjoy learning. It's genuinely fun for you to acquire a new skill or engage a new part of your brain. If you are unfamiliar with how something should be done, you feel comfortable asking for help.
• You're reliable! We've set a VERY high standard for our support department, so we need someone with a HIGH sense of urgency who can be depended upon to resolve an issue quickly and accurately.
• Finally, you're ready for challenging work environment. You want a stimulating, challenging, never-gets-old position, with the perfect combination of predictable routine tasks AND fun new twists and turns.
