ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Reonomy continues to evolve our products by leveraging big data, partnerships and machine learning, we are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a critical part in building a research practice to take our data quality to the next level. As a part of this team, you'll operate at the intersection of Operations and Product and will become an in-house expert in creating and validating valuable datasets to curate portfolios and uncover unique insights and trends. You'll have the opportunity to to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to explore existing data sources and provide suggestions for improvements in our data collection.

Responsibilities Include:

• Investigate multiple data sources to construct and maintain a defined set of big owner portfolios
• Collaborate with fellow analysts to develop and improve our research practices via regular peer reviews and team learning sessions
• Provide regular feedback to the data team to help improve algorithms
• Partner with Product to surface insights from our data and help formulate our product roadmap
• Analyze and distill large datasets and preserve data quality to drive meaningful insights for customers
• Dive into the world of commercial real estate and the related datasets, including geospatial data, business data, and government data

ABOUT YOU:

• 3 - 6 months+ experience working with complex datasets to uncover trends and validate accuracy
• Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of curiosity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and persistent
• Commercial Real Estate knowledge, preferred but not required
