About Data Operations at Ideon 

The Data Operations team uses our in-house technology to support transmission of data to and from insurance carriers. We work with customers to set configurations, and report and resolve errors to ensure every group and individual who we support experiences seamless connectivity. Our culture is collaborative and growth-oriented for both process and tooling.  We are looking to speak with Data Operations Coordinator candidates who love data, and enjoy problem solving and proactively making our process better. Our team works toward specific and measured goals and deadlines, which we often surpass!  

This role is located in Ideon’s NYC headquarters, where you will work alongside your colleagues in Data Operations, collaborate as a team, and celebrate wins together.

In this role you will:

• Obtain data from numerous external sources.
• Identify new data sources.
• Identify and resolve quality and completeness issues.
• Collaborate within a larger team but have ownership of your assigned workload.

We’d love to talk if you:

• Have an eye for detail and a love for data.
• Have experience working with enrollment and member management data.
• Have exceptional problem solving skills.
• Have experience working in a fast paced environment, such as a technology startup.
• BONUS: Have experience using tools such as SQL or RStudio.
