Position: Data Scientist

Duties: Utilize cutting-edge statistical/machine learning techniques to solve business problems. Empower data-driven decision making across the organization by defining analytical frameworks to guide key business decisions. Build predictive models to empower strategic decisions, such as forecasts of customer behavior, retention, customer lifetime value, and marketing attribution. Actively seek better ways to solve business problems using data. Collaborate with Data Engineering to design systems and infrastructure to power our data needs. Partner with analysts to empower them with tools and analytic methodologies.

Education Required: Master or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Statistics, or related fields.

Experience Required: 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupations.

Special Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of prior work experience in each of the following:

1. SQL and a scripting language such as Python

2. Statistical and machine learning modeling techniques

3. Designing and implementing methodologies for testing data hypotheses

4. Experimentation and validation of algorithms to support decision-making and platform scaling

5. Designing and implementing optimization and predictive models for product support

6. Participate in evaluating key data sources for product support
