The Desktop Support Analyst will be a part of the team responsible for the support for our fast growing domestic & international user base. This can include application support, hardware troubleshooting, new user provisioning, and contributing to the improvement of our processes.
What You Are Accountable For
- Provide onsite user support and general desktop troubleshooting for employees and subtenants in the NYC office
- Provide remote support for our growing international workforce
- Manage & develop our identity providers (Active Directory, Okta, Google workspace)
- Help manage & maintain our many SaaS offerings
- Provision & deploy new machines, assist with new hire onboarding
- Provide support for videoconferencing and related A/V systems
- Assist with company-wide software deployments
- Create, update and maintain support documentation and procedures
- Assist with cross-departmental projects (security and compliance initiatives, i.e. MDM)
- Provide support to the Ops and Admin teams as necessary
- Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership.
- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
What We Require
- Experience supporting devices that run on Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support role
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, OKTA, and Office 365
- Jamf Pro & Connect administration preferred
- Microsoft Intune administration preferred
- Network administration experience preferred
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or fast-growing startup is required
- Experience in a high-growth tech startup growing from $50m to $200m in ARR
