Your Job in a Nutshell: We are seeking a talented and data driven Digital Marketing Analyst to test changes and tweaks to different components of our pages to see what facilitates the best outcome.

Fit Small Business seeks a full-time Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team. This person will start working on testing specifically for the software review section of our site. We have thousands of review pages, and we need someone to optimize reader engagement and track results in order to get statistically significant results we can implement across all pages.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Testing - Compiling and analyzing page data in order to recommend tests to run that will optimize conversion rates and revenue

• Partner Optimization - Working with our Business Development team to grow relationships with the companies that small businesses use by improving how these partners are featured in our content

• Implementing Changes - Once changes are approved, working with the rest of the team to get the updates live, and to make sure everything is tracked correctly

• Analyzing Results - Working with data team to create reports that determine whether or not the test was a success

• Project Management - Managing multiple projects at once, while staying organized and hitting deadlines

• Copywriting - Working with our Copywriting Team to write short and snappy copy as some tests will include adding a sentence or two to a page in order to weave in information

Your Background:

• Strong data and analytics skills

• Work well with a team

• Enjoys problem solving

• Flexible, able to grow and change

• Experience working with spreadsheets and reports (college or internship experience ok)

• Strong ability to prioritize

Greenhouse, Slack, G Suite, Trello, Guru, TriNet, Insightly

*It’s fine if you haven’t used these. Just be enthusiastic to learn them. Greenhouse experience is a plus.
