Fund Operations Analyst

THE RIGHT STUFF
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Strong organizational, planning and time management abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Sum-ifs, Vlookups)
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfortability with structured work and repeatable tasks
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Investigate discrepancies with administrators, internal operations teams, and external vendors
- Process account openings/closings, transfers, address changes and other client requests
- Prepare materials for investment committee meetings
- Assist in the review of investor statements, quarterly investment reports, and internal reporting
- Coordinate with other departments in responding to inquiries from investors
- Identify, resolve, and escalate client issues to senior management
- Responsible for initiating payments via wire/ACH
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with the senior members of the team to provide a tangible solution that can be implemented by the Product team
- Perform special projects and analysis determined by the needs of Senior Management
BONUS POINTS
- Previous internship experience in private placements, alternative investments, fund administration, or FinTech marketplaces.
- Experience with Asana or other project management tools
- Knowledge of SQL
- Accounting degree
- FINRA Series 7 or 99
