About the Role

One of our newest premium products, Insights, is an actionable, data-driven curriculum that helps student-athletes and their families navigate their college recruiting process. Every athlete is matched with a dedicated Insights Analyst. Our Analysts are former college athletes, trained to leverage our proprietary data from thousands of committed athletes. Everyone’s process is different. Our Analysts work together with families to achieve their definition of success. 

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the daily workflow of customer accounts
• Stay up to date on college admissions and recruiting trends and regulations
• Plan and execute video conference calls with athletes and their families
• Analyze data and create custom reports to help athletes better understand where they stand in their college recruiting process
• Run monthly webinars for the SportsRecruits userbase to drive engagement
• Develop new customer-facing content and iterate on the existing curriculum (i.e. blog posts, knowledge base resources, video, webinars, and course content)

Qualifications and Skills

• 0-2 years of prior work experience in college recruiting and/or the college admissions related field
• Required: Former college athlete or coach
• Understanding of the nuances of the college recruiting process
• Superb organizational skills, attention to detail and a desire to tackle complex projects
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) are a must
• Strong team player, with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk is preferred
• Has an understanding of NCAA rules and regulations pertaining to recruiting
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
