The Model Production Analyst on the Product Management team is the backbone of production, optimization and development of Crossix’s audience targeting models, the leading solution for reaching relevant healthcare audiences across media channels. MPAs manage the day to day production and development of Crossix models as well as use their engineering mindset to find solutions to improve model quality, and make model production more scalable and automated.

What You'll Do

  • Responsibility for model production
  • Tune and master the production process
  • Use knowledge of Crossix analytics processes to troubleshoot model production and identify areas for improvement
  • Build expertise in the modeling methodology and become the go-to person for data and methodology related questions
  • Partner with back-end development teams to find solutions and develop new workflows that will drive automation and scale for models

What You've Done 

  • 0-3 years relevant experience
  • 4-year college degree with strong academic performance
  • Quantitative interest, demonstrated through coursework or professional experience
  • Interest in the power of “Big Data”
  • Engineering mindset
  • “Can-do” attitude and approach
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter and team player
  • Outstanding problem solving skills driven by innate curiosity and desire for accuracy Python, SQL and database experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to marketing and/or healthcare a plus
