MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Data Analyst’s main goal is to make generate and present digestible insights from data created through daily operations. The Data Analyst will focus on data created from and associated with our worker community, including but not limited to, capacity, skills, quality, cost, qualification, ect.

MAIN DUTIES

The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership of the Senior Manager, Community Experience:

· Collect and interpret data

· Generate reports and dashboards in PowerBI

· Assist operational teams in building workflows that reliably create structured data

· Analyse existing reports and dashboards for UX, recommend and implement changes as needed

· Review reports and dashboard for migration from spreadsheets and thirdparty systems to PowerBI

You have…

· Education and/or work experience in data visualization, modeling, analysis, and summarization

· Background in statistics, economics, or similar

· A strong service-oriented mindset

· Used data to regularly measure success, and hold yourself and others accountable

· Persuaded teams with competing initiatives to support your cause

· Mastered pivot tables, and are familiar with intermediate data modeling in tools like PowerBI or Tableau

· Worked in a global environment and mastered supporting team members in multiple time zones, while keeping balance for yourself

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

Key competencies:

· Understands the importance of SMART objectives and is Results Orientated

· Strong Problem Solving skills as to arrive at optimal solution.

· Shows excellent Time Management skills

· Shows a positive attitude with team when challenges arise

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
