As a  People Analytics Analyst at Conductor based in our NYC Headquarters, you will provide critical support across the organization analyzing people data This role will report to the Chief People Officer

• Utilizing BI software identify, collect, aggregate and analyze employee data that informs and evaluates business needs and questions about their employee population.
• Create and run sophisticated predictive and regression models that dive deep into the organizations' people data.
• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI that not only tell an analytical story, but allows the user to drill down through filters and parameters that help provide insights to various areas of the organization, specifically in People analytics including productivity reporting.
• Develop and deliver key reporting and analytical support for the People Team, leaders, and people managers, with a focus on self-service reporting and dashboards of people related data including productivity metrics
• Maintain skills and education in People Analytics research, “best practices”, technology, and connections with other Analytics leaders
• Work with business partners to enact system and data changes to help ensure clean and scalable data.

We're excited if you..:

• Bachelor’s level degree in Business, HR, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, and/or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantitative or process improvement roles, using data analytics, mining, and/or visualization to solve problems.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivots, macros) and experience performing ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience aggregating and analyzing data spanning multiple sources and reporting tools
• Customer focus and professional demeanor
• High bias for action and passion for rolling up sleeves and doing what it takes to “get it done.”
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of business intelligence reporting tools
• Extreme attention to detail & confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication & presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively cross lines of business, work independently, and take initiative when appropriate
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite 
• Comfortable in the fast-paced, high growth environment of a startup
