Description
We searching for an experienced Key Business Process Engineer / Business Analyst / Business Consultant with extensive Financial Services experience who will be working with client business leaders and senior executives to develop and document a business continuity process.
The candidate can gather important processes and data and compile them into comprehensive documentation for departmental managers.
The candidate must have exceptional maturity and communication skills to solicit information from and deliver proposed recommendations to senior-level executives (Managing Director level).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conducting business process workflow analysis
- Writing user stories
- Help facilitate testing and user acceptance testing
- Basic data analysis using SQLs
- Conduct light weight scrum meetings as and when needed
- Build and maintain comprehensive Project Knowledge Base (wiki)
- Creating and maintaining project documentation according to the client's requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Process Engineer / Business Analyst / Consultant
- Financial Services background preferred
- Ability to understand business needs and write user stories and comprehensive documentation
- Previous experience building wiki knowledge bases
- Previous experience facilitating testing and UAT
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinking
