The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance team. You will be partner with leaders throughout the organization to determine report specification, design and build using Tableau and other tools to assist management in understanding key performance indicators. You will play a critical role supporting the business with your experience understanding how to distill data and convey results through data visualization.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Design standard and complex ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards using Tableau
• Create SQL queries to obtain appropriate data required to build reporting tools
• Partner with leaders across the organization to understand their needs and guide appropriate use of data to deliver succinct management tools
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects; manage expectation on deliverables based on resources and time to complete
• Maintain and enhance existing reports
• Identify and drive opportunities for operational improvements to gain long term process efficiencies and more effective work-flow strategies
• Support ad hoc projects, analysis and reports

What You Bring to The Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field 
• 5+ years experience in business intelligence, accounting or finance
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced Tableau report design/build skills required; complex formula building in Tableau required
• Proficient SQL
• Basic Salesforce us is a plus
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with great attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex data for varied audiences
• Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally; working as part of a team and interacting with different departments
