This is an opportunity to have a huge impact on the growth of Animoto as a company by providing data and analysis that is used in critical decision-making. As the team is small, your voice carries more weight and you can have an immediate and direct impact on the direction of the Analytics team. As the team expands and grows, there is the opportunity to manage more junior analysts, while also still having the opportunity to grow into an even more senior role.

What you'll do:

• Be one of the go-to people to answer data questions and provide analysis to have a lasting impact at Animoto for years to come
• Dive deep into data to spot trends and provide insights to help us increase bookings growth and increase product usage rates
• Work with a broad range of teams at every level of the company, including the CEO and other executives
• Create dashboards, perform analyses and identify relevant insights while working closely with different teams
• Wear multiple hats at different times such as data analyst, BI specialist, and product manager for the Analytics team

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years experience in an analytics role (startup or SaaS companies are preferred)
• Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Looker (a plus) or similar
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience with AB testing principles
• Experience with clickstream data, such as Segment or similar
• An ability to extract important insights from data
• Detail-oriented and generally super awesome
