As Uber for Business (U4B) continues to grow, the Sales Operations machine requires an all-star team. As a Sales Operations Lead, you will serve as the main contributor to U4B's global Data Strategy, forming a holistic, clean, and robust Sales database.
This role sits in the Systems & Tools team which maintains data hygiene across the Sales funnel. The Sales Operations Lead monitors hygiene post-acquisition, meaning our Accounts, Contacts, and Deal information.You'll be responsible for identifying the right data-driven KPIs alongside stakeholders and track improvements quarter over quarter, while monitoring daily health. Although this role sits on the Central Operations team, you will work to make sure Regional users are supported with high-quality data, through developing QA programs, sourcing in-region vendors, and conducting enablement. Alongside the rest of the team, you will utilize offshore resources to improve data quality or develop new products, maximizing Central Ops' time and effort.
Success includes strong organization and data interpretation acumen, keen communication skills at a Global and executive scale, understanding of Data Governance and Hygiene, and ability to track incremental progress using concrete and relevant KPIs.
What You'll Do:

  • Dive into and own U4B's end-to-end Customer Data, including customer usage, account information, and historical spend.
  • Create methods on how to track data completeness and validity within critical Salesforce fields.
  • Identify, own, and publish impactful OKRs and KPIs which will drive positive engagement and usage across U4B.
  • Own our multi-vendor strategy, including in-region partners.
  • Establish and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs - understand what is working and what is not - making recommendations on how to improve along the way.
  • Strategize with offshore managers on how best utilize support resources (QA data, dashboard creation, ticket resolution, etc.)
  • Present recommendations and results to executives and decision makers.


Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum four years working experience in a tech or operations environment.
  • Minimum two year in a cross-functional organization
  • Salesforce Mastery
  • Experience presenting findings via presentations or concise emails
  • Experience working with GTM Data Sources (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Gong, etc.)
  • Well-organized and structured approaches to problem solving
  • Ownership, autonomy, and accountability - regardless of the outcome
  • Experience tracking KPIs and OKRs to discern growth opportunities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert presenting findings for executive audiences
  • Product Management experience
  • Knowledge of Demand Gen & Revenue Operations
  • Knowledge of GTM Methodologies
  • Experience working cross-functionally and independently

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $207,000 per year - $230,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $207,000 per year - $230,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
