Scentbird HQ is looking for a great recent graduate to join our Operations team and aid our end to end Supply Chain function. The Supply Chain Coordinator will ensure stock allocation and order fulfillment and see that the entire e-commerce supply chain is coordinated smoothly and effectively. The Supply Chain Coordinator will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will work directly with the entire Operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their Supply Chain knowledge while working in a fast paced e-commerce start up!

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing e-commerce order fulfillment.
• Creating data-based spread sheets for the Operations department.
• Enable order fulfillment from stock in warehouses.
• Collaborate on stock quality related aspects with leadership.
• Monitor stock shortages and coordinate with team on stock replenishment.

Requirements

• 1-2 relevant work experience (including internship experience)
• Analytical mind set
• High level of Excel skills
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain
• Ability to collaboratively across teams.
• Able to solve problems and discrepancies with little direction.
• Passion and interest in supply chain, beauty, and e-commerce.
